Stem cell in Treatment of Hematopoietic disorders.
Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) are involved in the production of mature blood cells in bone marrow; in some certain conditions bone marrow including haematological or extra-haematological diseases and many blood disorders, including thalassemia, SCID, multiple myeloma, leukaemia and lymphoma affecting the marrow function. Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is a novel form of therapy and used to successfully treat such kind of blood disorders in which damaged bone -marrow is replaced with a new bone marrow or marrow derived stem cells. Which is differentiating in to blood forming cells and treat these blood related disorders successfully.
